Labor Day Weekend

We went down the Cape for the weekend with the family. Every year we have gone down there for the last 8 years it has been weird. Something is missing.( Dad,Bryan,Paula, Lisa and Krissy) We missed the way it used to be. Brian,Melissa and I got down to the house late Saturday night.Everyone was eating dinner ( we were just in time). We had chicken and corn on the cob and some other traditional labor day foods. Then we started cracking the beers open. We all played Taboo it was a great time. Sunday we went to the Christmas tree store and some other shops. We also went to this Marsh area that was so beautiful. I took tons of pictures ( because thats what I do ).After that we went back to Nana and Papa's house for some R and R. We ate diner and hung out with the family went to the race cars almost everyone went!!!! That was wicked fun ( no I did not drink and drive) HE HE Of course I got the slowest one of all. Everyone kept passing me and teasing me because I was in the slow lane. LOL After that we went back to the house and played L C R, We had a blast playing.Almost everyone played. After that some of the grown ups went to bed and the kids chilled drinking beers and talking about the good old days. We talked a lot about Dad and of course I got upset and started crying.(that's also what I do) But it was nice to talk about the past and how much we used to have as kids. We all went to bed Late that night. We had so much fun this weekend laughing and being with the whole family. Nana and Papa are such great people They love us all so much and I am blessed to have them in my life!!!
